FanMagnet.org ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of Mutlu Yasam LTD, a company registered in England & Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use FanMagnet.org. You may only place orders for public social media accounts, posts, tracks, or channels that you own or are expressly authorised to promote. Ordering services for private accounts or content that is not yours is a breach of these Terms.

We sell social media growth services (followers, likes, views, watch hours, streams, playlist adds and similar) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook and Spotify. Full package details are published on the relevant platform page.

Checkout is guest-only. We do not create user accounts, we do not ask for your password, and we will never request 2FA codes or any private login credential. If you are ever asked for such information, treat it as fraud and contact support@fanmagnet.org.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Any applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. A quoted price is locked for 10 minutes from the moment you open the checkout page; after that the system may re-quote to reflect current provider costs.

A contract is formed only when we accept your order and email the confirmation with an order ID. We may refuse or cancel any order (with full refund) for suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or content that breaches these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Most orders begin within 5 minutes of confirmed payment. Larger quantities are dripped over 24-72 hours to preserve retention and account safety. Estimated windows are shown on the product page. You can track progress at any time using the order link emailed to you.

Every package we sell comes with an automatic 30-day refill guarantee, at no additional cost. If the delivered count drops within 30 days of order completion, our system detects the drop and re-queues the missing units automatically — you do not need to open a ticket.

If a drop is not refilled automatically within 24 hours of detection, you may claim a manual refill by opening a ticket at /support with your order ID. Refills are limited to the original ordered quantity and to the 30-day window following completion.

A full monetary refund is available on the cheapest (entry-tier) package of each category — for example, the smallest followers pack, the smallest likes pack, the smallest views pack, and so on — under either of these conditions:

• the order fails to start within 24 hours of confirmed payment; or
• the delivered count drops below 90% of the ordered quantity within 30 days of completion and we cannot refill.

Higher-tier packages (mid and top volume in the same category) are covered by the 30-day Auto-Refill Guarantee. A pro-rated monetary refund on higher tiers is available only where we confirm that a refill is not possible. Full detail: Refund Policy.

You may not use our services to promote content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, election- or health-related misinformation, or that impersonates another person or brand. Full list in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, cancel or refund such orders and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

FanMagnet.org, its logo, and the site design are trademarks and copyrighted works of Mutlu Yasam LTD. You may not scrape, mirror, or commercially reuse the site or its content without written permission.

We only ever need a public URL or handle. We use organic-pattern delivery designed to comply with platform anti-spam heuristics, but no third-party service can guarantee that a first-party platform will not take enforcement action for reasons unrelated to our delivery.

FanMagnet.org is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Ltd., Google LLC (YouTube), X Corp., or Spotify AB. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Beyond the 30-day Auto-Refill Guarantee and the money-back rule set out above, our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or platform-side account actions that are not the direct result of our service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mutlu Yasam LTD, its officers and staff against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or content you supply that infringes a third party's rights.

We may suspend or terminate service to any user who breaches these Terms, initiates a wrongful chargeback, or attempts to defraud us or our providers. Order records will be retained as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of the page reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of London, United Kingdom, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
