Refund Policy

1. 30-day Auto-Refill Guarantee (every package)
Every package we sell — from the smallest starter pack to the largest bulk order — is protected by an automatic 30-day refill guarantee.
- Our system continuously monitors the delivered count for 30 days after order completion.
- If drops are detected, missing units are re-queued automatically — no ticket needed.
- If auto-refill has not caught a drop within 24 hours, you can manually claim by opening a ticket at /support with your order ID.
- Refills are capped at the original ordered quantity and expire 30 days after completion.
2. Money-back rule (entry-tier packages)
A full monetary refund is available on the cheapest package of every category (entry tier — for example the smallest followers pack, smallest likes pack, smallest views pack, and so on) under either condition:
- the order does not start within 24 hours of confirmed payment; or
- the delivered count drops below 90% of the ordered quantity within 30 days and we are unable to refill.
Higher-tier (mid and top-volume) packages in the same category are covered by the 30-day Auto-Refill Guarantee. A pro-rated monetary refund on higher tiers is available only if we confirm that a refill is not possible.
3. Always eligible for a 100% refund
- Your order was never started within 24 hours.
- We delivered the wrong service or the wrong target.
- The target platform is unavailable to us and we cannot fulfil at all.
- Duplicate charge for the same order.
4. Not covered by refund or refill
- Drops caused by the account being set to private, deleted, or renamed after the order was placed.
- Platform-wide purges affecting all users of a platform equally.
- Suspension of your account for reasons unrelated to our service.
- Breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Chargeback opened after successful delivery without first contacting our support team.
5. How to claim
- Open a ticket at /support with your order ID and a short description.
- Our team responds within 24 hours (usually within 1-2 hours during business hours).
- Approved monetary refunds are issued within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
- Refills start within a few hours of approval.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact — where we would otherwise have refunded — may result in the loss of future ordering privileges and the account being flagged with fraud-prevention networks.
7. Your statutory rights
This Refund Policy is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
