Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not do with FanMagnet.org. It supplements the Terms of Service and any breach may result in cancellation of your order (with or without refund), a service ban, and — where required by law — a report to the relevant authorities.

• Illegal content of any kind under the law that applies to you.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content sexualising minors — we report this to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the UK Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, terrorism, or extremism.
• Harassment, doxxing, stalking, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Impersonation of another person, brand, government, or public institution.
• Political misinformation, election interference, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour aimed at influencing public discourse.
• Health misinformation likely to cause physical harm (e.g. anti-vax, fake cures, unregulated medical claims).
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property or publicity rights.

• Fraudulent payments, stolen cards, or laundering activity.
• Ordering services for accounts you do not own or are not authorised to promote.
• Attempting to access, scrape, reverse-engineer or attack our infrastructure, including our provider network.
• Reselling access to our services without a written reseller agreement.
• Bulk-abusing coupons, referrals, or the auto-refill guarantee.

• Refusal or cancellation of the affected order.
• Refund withheld where the breach caused chargebacks or fraud.
• Permanent ban from placing further orders.
• Reporting to payment networks, hosting providers, and law enforcement where required.
